The domain name "WHOIS" information must show either the applicant's name or entity as the registered owners of the domain name. ArtRev.com will carefully evaluate each application and notify the applicant of a decision. ArtRev.com does not accept any websites which contain objectionable material including, but not limited to:

1. Contain, promote, or link to explicit nudity or pornography (sexually explicit materials);
2. Promote violence of any kind;
3. Contains religious or political content;
4. Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
5. Promote illegal drugs or illegal activities of any kind;
6. Infringe on intellectual property rights;
7. Contain, at our sole judgment, material that is defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing to us or any third party;
8. Promote the use of any pyramid or similar schemes;
9. Promote products or services that might directly or indirectly devalue products and services offered by ArtRev.com

The affiliate program is intended for participants 18 years old and above who can enter into a legally binding contract under applicable U.S. laws.

It generally takes less than 7 business days for ArtRev.com to notify you of a decision. While we accept the majority of the applications we receive, our decisions are final and cannot be contested should your application be declined. If your application is missing critical information or contains certain inaccuracies, you will be given the chance to update your application.

ArtRev.com welcomes website owners from anywhere in the world to join in; however, customers who buy from our website must pay in U.S. dollars and can only have their products shipped to certain countries.

Important Notice: All domain names that you intent to use under your affiliate account must be approved by ArtRev.com. Unapproved domain names will not earn any sales commissions. ArtRev.com reserves the right to randomly or recurrently review affiliates' websites from time to time. ArtRev.com also reserves the right to deny membership or terminate an existing membership at any time for the violation of the terms and conditions in the operating agreement.
